1. The Customer's role and ours

The Customer (the subscribing organization) is the controller of the employee data it enters in the service. We process this data on the Customer's behalf, only to provide the service.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile number and job title.
• Customer Data: the data, files and attachments the Customer or its Users enter in the service.
• Login and audit data: login times, the actions each user takes, and the IP address of each action.
• Billing data: the subscriber details needed to issue invoices and collect fees.
• Website visit data: browser type, operating system and the pages you visit on our website.

3. Audit logs

The service records who did each important action and when. This lets the Customer keep control, and provide the records in internal or external audits.

Only Users the Customer authorizes can view these records. By using the service, you agree to this recording.

4. How we use data

• Providing and operating the service.
• Sending work and security notifications.
• Answering your questions and giving technical support.
• Improving the service and developing its features.
• Meeting legal requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell data. We may share it only with:

• Service providers: parties that help us provide the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• Authorities: when the law requires it, or under a court order.
• Business transfers: in a merger, or a sale of all or part of our business.

6. Rights of data subjects

A data subject has the right to:

• Access their personal data and ask for its correction.
• Ask for deletion of their personal data, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
• Get a copy of their data in a readable format.

Employees send their requests through the Customer, as the controller of their data.

7. Protecting data

We use encrypted connections to protect data in transit. Each user sees only the data they are allowed to, under the permissions the Customer sets. We back up data regularly.

No method of transfer or electronic storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee complete protection.

8. Your choices

You can update your personal data from your account, or by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails with the link in them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy and will publish the changed version on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
